How many tasks should I run?

This is something you will have to figure out for yourself as everyone's machine will handle a different amount of tasks. Try starting off with a low amount (e.g. 200 tasks) and gradually increase the count. If the application starts to lag or becomes less responsive, you may be running too many tasks.

Proxies providers will recommend to not run more than 1 task per 1 proxy.

How do I back up / transfer data from Sigma?

In the file manager, windows explorer, go to %appdata%/sigma and copy every file (no folders).

To backup: paste these files into another folder

To transfer: with the bot closed, paste these files into the same folder on the new machine after installing sigma

There is sensitive data contained in the Sigma folder, so be careful with the files contained

How to update Sigma?

Download the installer from the #links channel in the discord and run it.

How do I manage my subscription?

DM @Sigma Bot in the discord with !help for a list of commands. To update anything (billing info, etc) just DM the bot with !cancel and then !subscribe to set up a new subscription.

Whenever you set up a new subscription, you will not be charged until the expiration date of your key.

How do I check if my subscription is active?

DM @Sigma Bot with !key to check the status of your key. It should say Active

Queue-It Captcha Info

• Why are captchas popping up even if I have Capmonster / AYCD set up?

  • In bot captchas will pop up no matter what. You can safely ignore them if you are solving in AYCD and/or Capmonster

• How do I enable AYCD?

  • Just paste in your API key and access token, which you can get from this link: https://aycd.io/account#autosolve

  • AYCD will not connect until a captcha is requested

• Why are captchas not sending to AYCD?

  • If you are sure you have your API key and access token set up properly, try restarting both Sigma and AYCD

• How many captchas do I need to solve to get into queue?

  • There is no set number, but once all/most of your tasks say ”Queue It - Xs” you can start ignoring captchas

  • Many captchas (seemingly endless) will pop up, but again if enough tasks are in queue you can safely ignore them

How do I import profiles?

We support importing Cybersole 4.0 format (you can use AYCD to convert to this). There is also a proprietary Sigma format that you can export in-bot to, but currently AYCD does not support exporting this format.

What does [insert task status here] mean?

Task Status	Description
🔵 Initializing	Proxies are trying to connect to the site. With slower proxies, they may be working but are just taking some time to connect. If your proxies are turned off or locked, you will be stuck here.
🔵 Loading Product	This usually means the product is not loaded on the site.
🔵 Product not loaded or bad proxy (429)	Self explanatory. Either the product has been pulled from the site or the proxies are banned.
🔵 Adding to Cart	The task is currently trying to add the product to the cart. It's likely tasks will not move on from this status, especially on hyped items. This is good to see.
🔵 Loading datadome	Capmonster is loading the captcha and solving it.
🔵 Submitting datadome	Capmonster is submitting the solved captcha.
🔵 Waiting for captcha	The harvester has automatically opened for you and is awaiting for you to solve. You currently cannot open harvesters manually. It automatically opens a carting captcha and a checkout captcha harvester whenever one is prompted by a task. YOU WILL MOST LIKELY NOT SEE THIS TASK IF CAPMONSTER IS ACTIVATED.
🔵 Passing Queue-it	The task is attempting to enter the queue. Solve the captcha in the solver to move on from this status.
🔵 Queue it - Xs...	The task has successfully entered the queue with x seconds until the release.
🔵 Queue it - X%	The task is X% of the way through the queue. At 100%, you should pass the queue.
🟣 Sending shipping/email/billing	The task is currently sending the information to checkout. If stuck here either the site is dying or profile details are bad.
🟡 Placing order	Your order is being placed/processed. If stuck here either the site is dying or profile details are bad.
🔴 Payment failed	Your card was declined, or rejected by the site. Sometimes this happens when the site is under heavy load.
🔴 No profile	There are no profiles available which have been set to checkout. This is a common error when 1 checkout per profile is set.
🔴 Proxy error (?) Retrying	Error connecting to the site. Either proxies are bad or the site is under heavy load. This is normal to see if only temporary.
🔴 Queue-it banned	The task proxy is banned by Queue-it. If this does not show for all tasks, let the group run. Otherwise bad proxy, change if possible.
🟢 Success	Your order was successfully placed and logged by Sigma.
