Note that this is only a recommendation since residential proxies are expensive. Your milage may vary, use at your own risk.
We have had good success from PacketStream with the raffle module. Not for first come first serve. They can be purchased at https://packetstream.io/. The cheapest plan is $50 for 50GB. Use the following settings.
The proxy list will take a moment to load. Once generated, copy this list into a new proxy group and use it for all raffle related things.
